What is a cookie?
Cookies are files or pieces of information that may be stored on your computer (or other internet enabled devices, such as a smartphone or tablet) when you visit a Terminal 5 website. Terminal 5 AB is responsible for the administration and processing of any personal data that you as a visitor or customer has submitted to us. Personal data is all data that can be used to identify a single individual person. This storage of personal data is needed in order to process your purchase and for marketing activities if you have actively chosen to subscribe to our newsletter. We are committed to ensuring secure handling of any personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not share your personal data with other than our partners and customers.
What personal data do we process
Newsletters: If you have actively signed up to receive any of our newsletters your name and e-mail address is stored and used. Data is shared with our e-mail system provider in order to fulfil and manage our send outs.
Order processing: When placing an order we will collect and store name, address, e-mail, phone number and purchased products. The name, address, e-mail and phone number will be shared with our delivery service companies as well as our payment providers in order to be able to complete and send out your order.
Personal recommendations: In order to give you an enhanced and personalised experience with personal recommendations in e-mails, on our websites and in our advertising, we collect Name, e-mail, geographic location, IP-address and phone number and browsing history on our websites. We share this with our partners for data processing.
Marketing: For measuring marketing activities, efficiency and website analytics in order to optimise the website for a better user experience we utilise Google Analytics. All data and session recordings are anonymized and is not stored by Terminal 5. Marketing campaigns are also measured by partners. We also use anonymized data in order to target advertising on Social media.
At Terminal 5 we always strive to keep your information within EU. All of our own servers are within the European Union, however in those cases where we use subcontractors the information can end up outside the EU. In these cases we have Data Processing Agreements in order to protect your rights.
